Spring Registration

The Spring semester will start at 1/29/2012. With the school curriculum, all classes will continue their teaching plans. It will be a chance for students who need to add/change/drop any class. For the students who do not want to make any adjustment, nothing needs to be done!

To track these adjustments better, all Spring registration requests have to be submitted in paper form ONLY. The registration form can be dropped to the front desk or mail to HXGV, P. O. Box 286, Uwchlan, PA 19480.

The registration team will approve the request per class availability status and registration form receiving date. The tuition will be adjusted accordingly based on the approved request.  Please get familiar with the registration polices by clicking the link to avoid confusions. Huaxia Teachers’ Conference

The Huaxia Chinese School Teachers’ Conference closed curtain successfully in King of Prussia on this Sunday.  American National Standards (5 Cs: communication, cultures, connection, comparisons, and communities) for foreign language learning were the theme of this meeting.  This two-day program consisted of over 40 sessions, including a wide range of discussion topics from HX teachers sharing their hands-on experiences to renowned education experts discussing their study findings, teaching skills and from HSK to SAT, AP tests.  Almost all of our school teachers participate the conference and received training certificates.  Thanks to about twenty people from our school who volunteered in the meeting that received many thanks from headquarter and other schools.  We believe this conference will help us to make our school a fun place for students to come for the learning of Chinese language and cultures.

 School Store

 We will have school store on this coming Sunday. There will be all kinds of toys, art crafts, holiday ornaments, and candies for our students to choose. Students will come to cafeteria to shop in groups with their classes. Please don’t forget to bring the coupons!

 After this week, we are going to have Christmas/New Year break until Jan. 7 (i.e no school on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1).  It is better throughout the year for having, in spirit, become a child again at Christmas time, since there has to be at least one day of the year to remind us that we're here for somebody else: our family and other beloved ones, besides ourselves.
